The TLN is a safe space to ask tough questions and get a multitude of honest perspectives. Chances are someone has been through what you’re going through. It could be a new opportunity, a cross-road moment, an ongoing issue, a transition, or a business or family crisis. Each forum we check in on the physical, mental, financial, and community health status sharing our highs and lows. No one is told what to feel, think or do. We share our individual experiences and coach each other to reach our potentials.

    Be willing to be vulnerable and share the good, the bad, and the ugly for the sake of value creation. You want to lean in and give value as much as you get value.

  • Highly Recommended

    You can be vouched for

    Someone in the TLN community recommends you or you meet with the TLN Membership Chair and they feel you would be a great fit for the community.

    You interview with the TLN Board and they feel you would be a great fit for the community.

    You meet with a Forum and together feel like you are a high-performing fit.

    You are all in

    You take an active role in promoting the TLN and curating its members.

    You bring your whole self to Forum and all TLN events… That’s how value is created

    You show up. If you miss two meetings in a fiscal year, you considered “out-of-the-forum” and must petition for reinstatement.

APPLY TO JOIN

1. Completely fill out the application form below.

2. Select the city you will be participating in TLN events. If your city is not listed, there is not yet a chapter in your area. If you would like to start one, please contact us here.

3. In addition to your resume, please upload a letter of interest. Make your case for entry into the TLN. To do that you have to know a lot about 120VC and our culture. Tell us why you want to join and what value you feel you can bring to other members of a peer group.

4. Upload a list of no less than 3 references that you have worked directly for in the past. We will need their full name, LinkedIn address, email, and telephone numbers. Please note, uploading the list of references automatically gives us permission to check them.
