Technical Project Leader – Consultant

About the Job

120VC is currently looking for ­­­­a Technical Project Leader. This role will lead software projects to add capability to the AirView product, collaborating with Sydney teams who build the hardware and firmware for their medical devices.

Who You Are:

  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Strong project management capability.
  • A solid understanding of and belief in Agile development principles.
  • Familiar with good modern software development (eg experience at Google, AWS, etc highly regarded)
  • Ability to facilitate technical discussions.
  • MedTech experience is a plus but certainly not essential, the good modern software development experience is more important

The Role:

  • Put together an overall plan, including integration points with other teams such as the Devices firmware team, risks, etc
  • Collaborate with other project managers to ensure all projects and programs are resourced
  • Track the plan and the risks and report appropriately
  • Manage external dependencies
  • Complete assigned projects as aggressively as possible while acting as an ambassador for the 120VC standards
  • Work with your account team to mature the client’s business agility and change readiness by progressively implementing/iterating down the Organizational Change Engine maturity funnel.
  • Truly care about our clients, their team members, and their vendors, and demonstrate this in your words, your actions and how you deliver
  • Share 120VC best practices with client team members and their vendors via 1 to 1 meetings, lunch and learns, & webinars
  • Obtain the 120-PLC within seven (7) months of the start date


We are located in Los Angeles, Tacoma, Phoenix, and Denver. But you can get sh*t done from anywhere.
