We are searching for a highly qualified Social Media Specialist/Digital Content Creator to own social media initiatives including content creation involving photography & videography. Last but not least, you must be self-organized & fully capable of Getting Sh*t Done #GSD.

This candidate will sit in our Tacoma, WA headquarters.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent our 120VC Brand Community #GSD (Get Sh*t Done) culture to our clients and team members at all times
  • Act as 120VC Brand Community’s multimedia specialist, skilled in editing video and motion graphics and audio mixing for web and video product use.
  • Utilize Adobe Suite: Premier, aftereffects, Photoshop, illustrator.
  • Edit podcasts, video ads, longform YouTube contact, and promotions.

What You Bring

  • Possess #GSD qualities (Driven, Self-Starter, High EQ, Positive Energy, Grit, Highly Articulate) and share #GSD values (Achievement, Cares About People, Teamwork, Servant Leadership, Voracious Learning).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Design, or Film
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Social Media Specialist: Developing, designing, planning, and executing media content for social media channels
  • 2+ years’ experience working in professional video production, preferably a media company and/or Ad Agency working in marketing video creation, promotional assets, commercial production (strong creative and video production skills and a marketing background to act as both a content creator and strategic marketer and create content that is true to brand)
  • Demonstrated copywriting and scripting ability.
  • Write advertising and promotional copy without grammar or spelling errors.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional skills in Adobe CC, including photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others.
